Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Retired officers in the rank equivalent to Chief Manager & above in Public Sector Banks having necessary skills and experience of working in different areas of Banking, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or experience of handling departmental inquiries as Inquiring Authority / Presenting Officer / Disciplinary Authority. Applicants should have retired from Public Sector Bank service on attaining superannuation at the age of 60 years in a cadre of Scale IV & above.
