The Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2026 is conducted by the Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH), Bhiwani to determine the eligibility of candidates for teaching positions in government and recognized schools across Haryana. The examination is conducted for three levels—Level 1 (Primary Teacher), Level 2 (Trained Graduate Teacher), and Level 3 (Post Graduate Teacher). The examination is held in offline OMR-based mode, and candidates qualifying the prescribed eligibility criteria receive the HTET eligibility certificate as per the applicable rules.

Important Instructions
Candidates should carefully verify all details printed on the admit card immediately after downloading it. In case of any discrepancy, contact the BSEH helpdesk before the examination. Reach the examination centre well before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card to complete identity verification and other entry formalities. Carry a printed copy of the HTET Admit Card along with a valid original government-issued photo identity proof. Entry to the examination hall may be denied without these documents. Candidates should also carry passport-size photographs and a blue or black ballpoint pen for use during the examination, if required. Only items permitted by the examination authority should be carried inside the examination centre. Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, books, notes, bags, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited. Follow all instructions issued by the invigilators and maintain discipline throughout the examination. As mentioned in the official notice, there is no negative marking in the HTET 2026 examination. Keep the admit card safely even after the examination, as it may be required during future verification or certificate-related processes.
