Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate / MSW / BSW / PhD in relevant discipline
Research Investigator (RI) • Graduate in any discipline. • Experience in data collection in remote tribal areas. • BSW candidates will be preferred. • Fluency in Marathi and English. • Willingness to travel and stay in remote tribal regions. Research Assistant (RA) • Post Graduate in any discipline. • Experience in data collection and field monitoring in tribal areas. • MSW candidates will be preferred. • Fluency in Marathi and English. • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Research Officer (RO) • PhD in Social Work or Social Sciences with focus on Education. • Experience in tribal education research. • Published research papers in education-related domains. • Candidates awaiting PhD viva or final submission are eligible. • Strong academic writing and field coordination skills. • Fluency in Marathi and English. Secretariate-cum-Accountant • Graduate in any discipline. • Knowledge of accounts preferred. • Working knowledge of statistical software and digital tools. • Willing to perform secretarial and administrative work. Preference • Candidates from tribal zones of Thane, Nashik, Amaravati and Nagpur. • Tribal background and knowledge of tribal dialects/languages preferred.
