Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., Graduation in Library Science/Library & Information Science, Diploma in Engineering (relevant discipline), Diploma in Library Science or Diploma in Commercial Practice, as applicable for the respective post.

Applicant must be an Indian National. Candidate should have passed the qualifying examination as a regular student. Candidates who completed their Degree/Diploma during 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 are eligible. Candidates who completed the qualification before 2022 are not eligible. Candidate must join within 5 years from the month and year of passing the qualifying examination. Ex-apprentices are not eligible. Candidates currently undergoing apprenticeship are not eligible. Candidates having one year or more job experience in Government/Public/Private sector as on the date of joining are not eligible. Candidates who have completed sandwich courses, private degrees, certificate courses or are pursuing higher studies in violation of the notification are not eligible. Apprenticeship cannot be combined with any other institution.
