Code 102 – Trade Apprentice (Fitter), Mechanical: Candidates must have passed Matriculation and completed ITI in Fitter Trade of minimum 2 years duration with Pass class. Code 103 – Trade Apprentice (Boiler), Mechanical: Candidates must possess a 3-year B.Sc degree with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry. Code 104 – Technician Apprentice, Chemical: Candidates must possess a 3-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or Refinery and Petrochemical Engineering. Code 105 – Technician Apprentice, Mechanical: Candidates must possess a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Code 106 – Technician Apprentice, Electrical: Candidates must possess a 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Exam Pattern

No written examination will be conducted for IOCL Digboi Refinery Apprentice Recruitment 2026. Selection is purely merit-based and depends on the aggregate percentage of marks obtained across all subjects and all years or semesters of the prescribed qualifying examination.
