State Resource Person (SRP): Female candidates only (SHG member preferred). Age: 30 to 45 years as on 01.06.2026. Post Graduate degree in Social Work / Sociology / Rural Development / Women Studies or any other Social Science stream. Minimum 10 years of experience with SHGs/Federations, NGO sector, training or Government rural development projects. Proficiency in reading and writing Tamil and English. Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, web portals and mobile applications. District Resource Person (DRP): Female candidates only (SHG member preferred). Age: 30 to 45 years as on 01.06.2026. Post Graduate degree in Social Work / Sociology / Rural Development / Women Studies or any other Social Science stream. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Tamil and English. Strong communication and computer skills. Block Resource Person (BRP): Female candidates only (SHG member preferred). Age: 25 to 45 years as on 01.06.2026. Undergraduate degree in Social Work / Sociology / Rural Development / Women Studies or any other Social Science stream. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Tamil and English. Computer proficiency and communication skills are essential.
