Post Graduate degree in Social Work / Sociology / Rural Development / Women Studies or any other Social Science stream. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Tamil and English. Strong communication and computer skills. Block Resource Person (BRP): Female candidates only (SHG member preferred). Age: 25 to 45 years as on 01.06.2026. Undergraduate degree in Social Work / Sociology / Rural Development / Women Studies or any other Social Science stream. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Tamil and English. Computer proficiency and communication skills are essential.
