BHMS / MD (Homeopathy) for Homeopathic Physician. BPTH / B.Sc. (Physiotherapy) for Physiotherapist. Experience Minimum 5 years experience after Post Graduation for most specialties. Physiotherapist: 15 years experience after Graduation. Cardiologist, Nephrologist and Urologist require the prescribed specialized hospital/centre attachment experience as mentioned in the notification. Panel Doctors Registered Medical Practitioner with MBBS Degree. Minimum 10 years' experience (excluding internship). Must own a dispensary/clinic in the respective panel area with full OPD facilities. Clinic should have an online computer system. Clinic must be equipped for routine immunization and minor surgical procedures.
