Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th Pass / 10th Pass with ITI / NAC along with valid Scouts & Guides Qualification
Level-2 Posts: • Passed 12th (+2 Stage) or equivalent examination with minimum 50% aggregate marks. • Minimum 50% marks not required for SC/ST and Ex-Servicemen candidates. • Candidates possessing Graduation or Post Graduation are exempted from 50% criteria. • For Jr. Clerk cum Typist / Accounts Clerk cum Typist posts, typing speed of 30 WPM in English or 25 WPM in Hindi is mandatory. • For Artisan Technical Categories, Matriculation plus ITI Certificate is required. Level-1 Posts: • 10th Pass from recognized Board. • ITI Certificate from NCVT/SCVT recognized institute. OR • National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT. Mandatory Scouts & Guides Qualification: • President Scout / President Guide / Rover / Ranger Certificate Holder. OR • Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) Holder. • Active Scouts & Guides member for minimum 5 years. • Must possess Activeness Certificate in prescribed format. • Participation in two National / All India Railway events and two State level events is mandatory.
