Qualification: Intermediate (10+2), 10+2 Science, 10+2 with Mathematics, Intermediate in Life Sciences
Health Supervisor: 10+2 (Science/I.Sc.) from a recognized institution. Junior Regional Investigator: Intermediate/10+2 with Mathematics from a recognized institution. Multipurpose Health Worker: 10+2 (Science/I.Sc.) from a recognized institution. Veterinary Assistant / Medical Assistant: Intermediate in Life Sciences (Biology) from a recognized institution. Insect Collector: Intermediate/10+2 in Life Sciences from a recognized institution. Fishery Technical Assistant: Intermediate/10+2 in Life Sciences from a recognized institution.

The JSSC JILCCE 2026 examination consists of Preliminary and Main stages. Each correct answer carries 3 marks while 1 mark is deducted for every incorrect response. Paper-I of the Main Examination is qualifying in nature and its marks are not counted for merit preparation.
Syllabus
Candidates should focus on Jharkhand-specific knowledge, language proficiency and general aptitude topics. Final merit will be prepared on the basis of Main Examination Paper-II and Paper-III marks.
