Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate with minimum 60% marks / CGPA 6.32 (Computer Proficiency Required). For JPA & Stenographer: Graduation or Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with required stenography qualification and experience.
Assistant / Upper Division Clerk (Post No. 1, 3 & 5) Graduation with minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.32 on a 10-point scale from a recognized University. Graduation should be completed within the minimum stipulated duration prescribed by the University. Proficiency in the use of computers is mandatory. Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer (Post No. 2, 4 & 6) Candidates must possess either: Graduation with minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.32 on a 10-point scale, completed within the prescribed course duration. OR Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.32, along with one year experience as Steno-Typist/Stenographer. Additionally: Minimum 60 words per minute speed in English Shorthand/Stenography. Proficiency in computer operations is compulsory. Equivalent Qualification: Candidates possessing DCP/DCCP along with an Apprenticeship Training Certificate issued by BOAT under NATS will be treated as equivalent to one year of Steno-Typist/Stenographer experience.
